This is the preferred means of support in all non-urgent cases, and the only method typically available to webhosting/reseller/streaming customers; open a support ticket by emailing us at support@lchost.co.uk

Telephone - 020 30 26 26 26 and press 2 at the menu, office hours.
NB: Only Dedicated Server, Colocation and Managed/Consultancy customers typically have telephone support included - especially if you are calling out of office hours; if however you have an exceptional circumstance such as shared hosting failure, you should attempt this means of raising the alarm first before trying the emergency option.

Urgent requests - especially outside of office hours:

NB: This option is not announced.



Please be aware that while repeated misuse of the emergency number may be grounds for service suspension or termination, we would rather you err on the side of caution if you suspect a serious problem is occurring, or if you suspect an issue has gone unnoticed.
